1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using L.A.I.D. AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use this Service.

2. Nature of the Service (Entertainment & Educational Use Only)

L.A.I.D. AI is an artificial intelligence tool designed to provide simulated dating strategy, logistics, and text messaging analysis.

• No Professional Advice: The advice, scripts, and strategies provided by the AI are for entertainment and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional psychological, behavioral, or relationship counseling.
• No Guarantees: We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to matches, dates, or personal relationships. You are solely responsible for your own actions and how you choose to apply the AI's suggestions in the real world.
• AI Limitations: The Service relies on generative AI, which can occasionally produce inaccurate, inappropriate, or unintended responses. We are not liable for the content generated by the AI.

3. User Conduct and Uploaded Content

The Service allows you to upload text and images (such as screenshots of dating profiles or text conversations) for the AI to analyze.

• Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload to the Service.
• Privacy of Third Parties: You agree not to upload images that contain sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of third parties, such as full names, phone numbers, home addresses, or social media handles. We strongly recommend redacting or cropping out this information before uploading.
• Prohibited Content: You explicitly agree not to upload any content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, depicts minors, or constitutes non-consensual explicit media. Violating this rule will result in immediate account termination without a refund and potential reporting to local authorities.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Cancellations

• Billing: The Service is billed on a subscription basis. By providing payment information, you authorize our third-party payment processor (Stripe) to charge your account.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account billing portal. Cancellation will stop all future billing, but you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
• No Refunds: Due to the real-time server and AI API costs incurred the moment you use the Service, all sales are final and non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, L.A.I.D. AI and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, your interactions with third parties resulting from the Service, or account suspensions on third-party platforms (e.g., getting banned from Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, etc.).

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
