• Payment Information: Processed securely by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full payment card details.

b. Information We Collect Automatically:

• Usage Data: Details about your interactions with the Service, including prompts sent, time of access, device type, IP address, and browser information.
• AI Outputs: We store the simulated strategies, logistics plans, and text responses generated for you.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Providing the Service: To process your Input Content, generate AI responses, and provide simulated dating strategy.
• Service Improvement: To analyze usage trends and enhance model accuracy.
• Data Processing Declaration: User inputs (chat logs, screenshots) processed via our enterprise API connections (Google's Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform) are temporarily processed to generate your response. This data is **not** used by these third-party infrastructure providers to train their foundational Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Communication: To send service-related notifications and respond to customer support inquiries.

3. How We Disclose Your Information

We share information only with third parties that are essential to providing the Service:

• Hosting and Platform Infrastructure (Operational Disclosure): L.A.I.D. AI is a white-labeled application. Our platform provider, Pickaxe, provides the underlying backend application hosting, database management, and portal access (see the Pickaxe Privacy Policy).
• AI API Providers (Crucial Disclosure): Your Input Content (chat logs, screenshots, prompts) is transmitted to our third-party LLM provider, Google's Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, for the **sole purpose of processing your request and generating Output Content.**
• Payment Processors: Transaction data is shared with Stripe.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property.

4. Data Security

We utilize commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect user data from unauthorized access or disclosure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted through the infrastructure of our third-party API or hosting providers. Our platform provider, Pickaxe, maintains a robust security posture, which can be reviewed in their Trust Center.

5. Data Retention & Standard of Deletion

We retain user account information, Input Content, and AI Outputs for as long as your account is active. Upon receiving a valid request for data erasure (as outlined below), we will utilize **commercially reasonable efforts** to delete your data from our active application databases.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Transactional logs, system backups, or encrypted archival data may remain within our systems or the systems of our third-party infrastructure providers (Pickaxe and Google) for a limited standard retention period (e.g., Google’s soft-deletion period before final hard-deletion) before being naturally purged according to standard data handling policies.
• Metadata associated with API transactions may be retained temporarily by infrastructure providers for security, anti-abuse, and operational monitoring.

6. Your Data Subject Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, rectify, or request the erasure of your personal data from our systems (subject to the Standard of Deletion outlined above).
