• Payment Information: When you subscribe, your payment details are collected. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. This is handled entirely by our secure third-party payment processor, Stripe.
• Conversation History & Media: To allow the AI to maintain a continuous dialogue with you and reference past context, your ongoing chat history and any images you upload (such as screenshots) are stored securely on our platform provider's servers.

3. How We Use Your Information (And What We NEVER Do)

We use your data strictly to operate the Service. Specifically, we use it to authenticate your account, manage your subscription, provide you with access to your past chat history, and process your inputs through our AI models.

Strict Marketing Ban: We understand the highly sensitive nature of dating interactions and logistics. We explicitly guarantee that we will never use your personal chat logs, uploaded images, or dating screenshots for marketing, advertising, or promotional material. Your private conversations remain private and are only used to generate your immediate AI outputs and populate your personal chat history.

4. Third-Party Data Processors

To run a high-performance application, we securely route specific data to trusted third-party infrastructure providers. By using the Service, you consent to data processing by:

• Pickaxe: Our core platform infrastructure provider. Pickaxe handles secure account authentication, application hosting, and the secure storage of your chat history and uploaded files.
• Stripe: For secure subscription billing and payment processing.
• AI Model Providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI): Our core reasoning engines. Pickaxe securely routes your text and images to these APIs in real-time to generate your logistics and strategy responses.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account email, ID, and chat history for as long as your account remains active so you can seamlessly resume past conversations. If you wish to permanently delete your account profile and wipe all associated chat logs and images from the platform, you can manage this via your account settings or contact our support team to process a full deletion.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transit and at rest. However, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Please be mindful of the information you choose to upload. We strongly recommend that you redact sensitive third-party information (like full names, phone numbers, or social media handles) from your screenshots before uploading them.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any major changes by sending an email to the address associated with your account.
