L.A.I.D. AI ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with when you use our service.

2. Information We Collect

To provide you with our AI-driven insights and manage your account, we collect the following:

• Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and a secure password to manage your access and monitor your allotted AI credits.
• Payment Information: When you subscribe, your payment details are collected. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. This is handled entirely by our secure third-party payment processor, Stripe.
• Service Data (Real-Time Processing Only): We collect the text queries and images (such as screenshots) you upload to the chat interface solely to process them through the AI in real time.

3. How We Use Your Information (And What We DON'T Do)

We use your data strictly to operate the Service. Specifically, we use it to:

• Authenticate your account and manage your subscription and credit limits.
• Process your inputs through our AI models to generate immediate responses and advice.

What we DO NOT do: We do not permanently store your personal chat logs or uploaded images in our database. Your ongoing conversation history is maintained locally by your active browser session. Furthermore, we do not actively read, review, or mine your personal messages or uploaded screenshots to "improve the platform." Your private conversations remain private (they are processed through our backend Make.com webhook/workflow to give you the output).

4. Third-Party Data Processors

To run a high-performance application, we securely transmit specific data to trusted third-party infrastructure providers. By using the Service, you consent to data processing by:

• Memberstack & Stripe: For secure account authentication and subscription billing.
• Supabase: For hosting our core backend knowledge base and securely storing your email to track your credit usage. Supabase does not store your personal chat logs.
• Make.com: For securely routing your text and image data between our website and our AI models. Make.com may temporarily retain encrypted execution logs strictly for technical troubleshooting and error handling.
• Google Gemini API: For generating the AI responses.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account email and subscription status for as long as your account remains active. Because we do not permanently store your chat history or images on our servers, there is no personal dating data for us to delete from our primary database. If you wish to permanently delete your account profile and billing connection, please manage your account via the billing portal or contact our support team.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transit. However, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Please be mindful of the information you choose to upload, and we strongly recommend that you redact sensitive third-party information (like full names, phone numbers, or social media handles) from your screenshots before uploading them. Although your inputs will never be used as marketing material or anything of that nature.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any major changes by sending an email to the address associated with your account.
